Position Overview: As a Teaching & Research Assistant, your role is pivotal in steering JOI's knowledge narrative. Working side-by-side with Dr. Odakkal, you'll ensure our content resonates with contemporary epistemology, leverages pedagogical tools and media to amplify our influence. There is scope for an adjunct or part time engagement based on the interaction and experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge Narrative: Shape content that resonates with JOI's influence and essence.

  • Pedagogical Strategy: Craft and roll out knowledge output with flair and efficiency.

  • Content Management: Innovate with multimedia content, staying true to our brand and canvas.

  • Engage with Dr. Odakkal to consistently evolve JOI's narrative and outcomes.

  • Monitor and refine outreach and media endeavors.

  • Tech & Website Oversight: Address tech glitches and oversee the website, ensuring its smooth operation and brand consistency.

  • Keep a pulse on the latest in education, coaching, and career insights.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in International Relations (IR) or History is preferred. Exceptional graduates with strong media and communication backgrounds may also apply.

  • Demonstrable prowess in media and marketing spheres.

  • Stellar communication capabilities.

  • Agility in thought and action.

  • A burning desire to reshape the worlds of education and personal growth.

Location: Given the hybrid nature of the role, proximity to Mumbai Central is crucial.
